Initially my experience was fine. The problem started on arrival which was after quiet hours in my building which is very strict. I am alone, with one broken hand and I am small. The driver refused to spend an extra two minutes to help me carry the huge mattress up to the 4th floor. I spent one hour trying trying to get it up with one hand. Finally someone came down from their apartment to help me. That was extremely unkind and horrendous service, regardless of their rules they may claim to have (which are not written online), it is the reason I am giving 1 star.

Delivery and price satisfactory. I bought 1 + 1 in the event. Unfortunately, after a year and a half, I found out that every mattress is different. : / one mecca and the other hard .. Yes it can happen but it shouldn't. So I recommend to check if the interiors are the same for the 1 + 1 action.

The mattresses are great, but they are sold by Ukrainians, with whom you cannot get a later complaint. I was just told that I would pay for a new cover (which I didn't even climb on), transport back quite expensive - they'll just make you keep it with their arguments. After a while, they will write to you that I do not register the order under that number (from their email) and you will not get anything ...
