Pure 5/5. We went there to get our first pup vaccinated and couldn't be more satisfied. The vet was really friendly and happy to help with everything, both on the phone when we were making the appointment and when we went there. We arrived to the clinic just on time and didn't have to spend more time in the waiting room then necessary. The prices are more than reasonable as well. We do speak Czech so I'm not sure how their English is, but I'm pretty sure they'll treat you as best they can. During the covid pandemic, they want all the patients to make appointments, so make sure to call in advance.

Professionally and quickly. No stress for dog.

Very friendly and it's obvious they love animals. They took me as a new client immediately and tried hard to remedy my doggy's problem!
