The vet is very kind and helpful. Both the receptionist and the vet speak English so this is a good choice for expats living in Prague.

My sister went to see doctor MVDr Romana Koblovska with her two cats. Ms Koblovska was rude during the whole visit and announced loudly: “I HATE AMERICANS and especially AMERICAN CHILDREN. I consider this highly unprofessional and hateful behavior from someone who suppose to be a professional. I guess they do not want any American clients. We will never go back to this hostile place. BEWARE!

Incompetence. Old equipment. Sometimes almost no information. Today, pointless prices and items. Danger to the animal when more complex procedures are needed than brushing the teeth and cutting the claws.

I do not recommend this veterinary surgery. The services absolutely do not match the prices. I was here once, and unfortunately, to castrate a cat - they returned me in an impoverished state. I have a maincatal cat and a veterinarian's services in this case we need .. but I would never go anymore. The worst experience with a vet I've ever experienced.

We had castrated our female dog dog with Mrs. MVDr Kratke. We were very nervous about it, but Mrs. Kratka's approach completely calmed us down. The whole operation and postoperative care was excellent and I can only recommend. I am very pleased that we went just to Mrs. Kratka and we would not change. Our female healed beautifully and has no scar on the grinder. We thank you!!!
