Opet jine info do telefonu nez v prijmu servisu. Meli by si proskolit zamestnance aby umeli podat spravne info.

I have had a Vorwerk vacuum cleaner for about 10 years. I am satisfied with the vacuum cleaner as such. What I am not satisfied with is the customer service of this company. As soon as they sell you a vacuum cleaner for tens of thousands of crowns, they no longer care for you, except that someone will call you from time to time and offer you accessories in action. I ordered vacuum cleaner bags more than 2 months ago, paid for them online and I don't have the goods to this day .... I understand that they were waiting for delivery from the central warehouse, but I have already been confirmed several times that they have the goods and I can expect in the coming days .... and nothing. They still just refer me to last a week, that she solves it, etc. Even the call center lady even called me and offered me more consumables in action, which I thought they were really making fun of me. Unfortunately, they didn't ... they probably have an incredible "mess" there. For me, the first conflict, for that a real and great disappointment from a company that plays at the top in its field ....
