Highly professional, helpful and informative. English speaking staff, kind and friendly to animals, my cats are not stressed after their appointments like they were with some other vets. As a foreigner they have provided me with valuable information for regulations and procedures within Czech Republic. They also carry veterinary diet foods for your pets so if you are having trouble sourcing the food you can consult them for that matter as well. I would also recommend scheduling your appointment ahead of time to ensure a smooth visit with no waiting time!

Professional staff, friendly atmosphere, well equipped. I'm going here with my dog and absolutely a veterinary clinic I would recommend.

The doctors here were patient and friendly, and made an effort to speak English for me, or find someone to translate. However though I told them my cat does not feel well and needs a proper check-up, they just made some blood tests (which looked all perfect), but no proper physical check-up. They only looked at what I requested or told them about. They did not give me the impression and confidence that they really care about my little one, and that they are really trying to find the cause of my cat's illness. Regarding the pricing, before the blood tests I asked how much they would be, they said it's about 2000 for blood tests and 400 for hidration, and when the time to pay came, it was 2970. The difference is not that small. Then when asking how much it is for a biopsy, they said 500, and when paying it was 564.
