Very professional and kind service, even when they are busy they answer my questions through the phone, I really appreciate their kindness, the service is high quality and they really love what they do, I never had language problem there.

In November I bring my cat for injure in eye. They told me to dont worry and use collirium. In March another vet from same clinic told me she has very hard infection because I didnt bring her to check her (they told me to dont worry and didnt say i need to check it again) and they gave me antibiotics. 4 visits more from March and everytime coment was "dont worry, she is better, keep giving her the drops". During 2 weeks they didnt pick phone/reply email so I changed clinic and 2 vets told me she has so hard injure they would not touch it, I need specialist of eye out of prague and she needed surgery. Also they told me never give antibiotics or any drop for more than 1 month. I gave same antibiotics 6 months and last botthe was 4 months old. I went madridska clinict for take medical history of my cat, I tried to explain what happened and they didnt care, they not even give an apology. Avoid this service for serious matters

It's a great clinic with English speaking staff. Very friendly and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend.

I thought they handled my cats operation very well and spoke very good English. The staff were very friendly and gave very good advice with instruction. The only issue I had was that there was no reception or person to meet in the waiting area to let me know when I was next. So I sat waiting 5-10 minutes after my appointment time to which I had to call and find out they were still dealing with another patient.
