March 26, 2020 I bought: Treadmill KETTLER TRACK S 2. Selection of a belt based on a telephone conversation, excellent communication. Ordered on Thursday at 10:30, delivered to Ostrava the next day (Friday), payment by card. It's a monster (the box is really big, weight 100 Kg), the Kettler treadmill is great (performance / price ratio for me top). I recommend both the seller and the product.
Catastrophic negotiations, delivery for more than a month. When canceling an order, a huge problem with the refund. Never moor !!!
I will never buy anything for this company. In the past we have purchased garden furniture and complete fitness. They have been underwritten for the garden furniture, despite the fact that it has been delivered for weeks, catastrophic arrogant actions, and the firmness of the company after spending hundreds of thousands of cash in cash at today's payment terminals.
I strongly recommend this company and people inside to avoid the arc and want to get to Germany directly to the producer, where else will I write a letter so as to prestige a brand like Kettler was guided by a great brand of Czech branch! Never more with this company even if it was free.
BTW> No response to the inconveniences simply dog acting! not priced firmly at these prices.
