Positive- Good quality & good selection on many items. Only buy if they have stock for immediate pickup. Negative - Ordered sofa mid August and they still can't update us on when it will arrive. Ordered desk 1 week ago and no update on delivery date. Do not order online.

Great customer experience as usually! I recieved an email that my wardrobe is ready to pick up at this specific address. When I arrived I’ve been told I need to go to some other storage which wasn’t previously mentioned in the email and is about 15min away. After I arrived to this other storage in Nupaky some arrogant storage-keeper just told me they are closed for today and I need to come some other day.
