Phase - Čestlice, Praha

Lady in Čestlice very nice and helpful, I think she should get added from Phase, because it is the only link in the chain that generates Phase profit, reputation can no longer be. We waited 15 weeks for the seat (to defend Phase, at least paid the transport to compensate) when it finally arrived, it had one armrest covered with different material than the rest of the seat + crooked legs. I don't understand that anyone can ship this. There was a complaint, the seat returned with the right material, but the legs are not only still crooked (and someone tried to repair it with a piece of papundeklu see photo), so they are still damaged. The message for the customer is therefore absolutely clear: either Phase does not do any output control of what it supplies to its clients. Or (and that's worse) deliberately delivers scrap. Before buying seats from this company I recommend to go through reviews on FB, it here on google it looks not so bad, the reality is much worse. I was hoping for a fairly expensive seat (compared to KIKA, Asko masovkama type) to get the appropriate quality for my money. I also like to support local (Slovakia) business even at the cost of higher moods. Unfortunately, nothing is exceptional except for the price. Phase can not produce a high quality seat. To shorten the purchase here absolutely do not recommend, it is not worth the money neither waiting nor poisoning with complaints. Two stars I give, for service at the store and communication.

Nice shop, nice saleswoman, but the goods not much, prices extra.
