Very bad customer experience, in no case do I recommend it to anyone. A small-town family business without competent management and without professional organization. They demand payment of the entire purchase price, including assembly before the assembly of the lines, they recommend untrained non-professional cooperating persons for preparatory work, eg electrical installation of kitchen units. Claims for defects based on their recommendations, reject the responsibility for unprofessional installation of preparations and then stop communicating. They do not reply to e-mails, it is not possible to contact the company's executives by phone. This customer review is completely objective, true, it is based on dozens of emails sent by me and countless attempts by me to permanently and correctly resolve the complaint caused by their recommendation of an unskilled craftsman. The answer of the study with reference to subjective impressions is meaningless and with their detailed and inaccurate interpretation even superfluous here. The only one damaged in this "great" business case is me, the customer. Never again.
