XXXLutz Praha - Letňany

We were told 5-6 weeks for delivery of the product we wanted when we were buying it, at the end in the contract it was 11 weeks. So we waited patiently. 11 weeks passed, customer service doesn't respond by email, there's no phone. We went to their office, managers were super rude. How can you work like this in 21st century. Delivery from China is in 2 weeks nowadays. And we have paid for everything upfront. Can't express the frustration more.

What a horrible customer experience! Unpleasant and really unhelpful people in the store (all the way from payment to pickup) ... And the whole nasty experience was finished by Lutz delivering broken table to us (see photos)! Never ever shopping here again!

Absolutely unprofessional approach to customers .. a man what today 15.2. at the time of about 14:50 dispensing the goods scolds the customers from repeatedly ringing the bell even though the customer does not hear the ringing and therefore does not know if the bell works and a poorly marked path to the dispensing point where the goods are dispensing in the cold? The directional arrows point to the glass window and then out on the road or on the lawn, in this case you are not serious about the icy road. Through your e-shop never again.

I was picking up the order in Letňany today. At the normal entrances from the outdoor parking lot everywhere signs in the direction of the entrance to the covered garages. Signs in covered garages. Nowhere is there any information that the goods are being picked up in the yard. I was not advised on the phone on the infoline and we learned that I was looking bad, that it would be somewhere in those garages and I have to be patient. It wasn't until I went up the stairs to the OC area that there was a small map on the door showing that the delivery was in the yard. I was not the only one who wandered at that moment and was looking for a delivery. After entering the yard, again only a sign pointing to the section marked "Receipt of goods". The worker at the car sent me to the door marked "Receipt of goods" that there is a surprising issue. The workers inside just shrugged, that it could not be found , and they commented "Um ..." So after 20 minutes I found the place of dispensing, they sent me back to the yard to enter the warehouse.After 5 minutes I looked inside and the storekeeper had one of the 3 items ready but two more (2 plastic buckets) searched for another 15 minutes. Otherwise he was willing and apologized several times. Apparently he couldn't. It wasn't until I later found out that I got a different color of bucket (pink instead of gray) .I didn't have the strength to come back. (OK, I had Check it out better.) It was my first and probably last purchase at XXXLutz. I won't recommend it. Definitely not during this period. It's not the fault of individual employees (though obviously frustrated), it's a touch of management. Others, even large ones, are currently time trying and online poison order ou one joy. In XXXL, they are probably waiting to be able to open. At the same time, the quality of the goods is solid and people praise the products sold. Damage.
