The worst customer service. If you are foreign do not buy from this company. I purchase goods online over 40000 czk with the payment on delivery. I tried to comunicate with them and find out some information like delivery and asambly. Every time I call they hung up the phone without any answer, I try to make online complaints but they contacted me with an email saying that if I need to speak with them to use a translation from English to Czech 😂. They don't care about their customers and they have no knowledge about customer service. If you don't speak Czech they don't care and they prefer to loose money and customers. Do yourself a favor and if you want to be in the safe side order the payment on delivery and you will see how rude and horrible customer service this company has.

Great discounts was there when we went there in the end of December, some were 85%, 90%.

If you are foreigner don’t buy anything from this shop. The service is owful, they don’t give you any product information or even time of their day. On top they said the delivery is included, but when they delivered they asked for 1350 CZK, instead the man took 1550 CZK from my hands and run away. When I called their customer service and asked for service in English they hanged up on me. Words can’t described how disappointed I am.
