A complete disaster. I was looking for the construction of the whole apartment and I couldn't even get the price, I was willing to pay for the services. These people can make kitchens, but that's definitely the end of it. He definitely can't do anything else. They force electrolux on you and slander the Siemens I cared about. They have only one person for the entire assortment, and that is Mr. Dynžík. This man is overwhelmed and, of course, poisoned. It wouldn't be a point if Katalpa overloaded it with orders. I spent CZK 350,000 at Katalpa, with the proviso that I had additional funds ready for the rest of the apartment. However, based on the unreliability of the supplier, I have to end the whole solution and find someone who will respect the customer. I definitely don't feel like a valued customer at Katalpa. I recommend to everyone, if you are not only looking for kitchens, find another service provider. On the contrary, it will cost you dearly. Update - 26.11.2020 18:09 The development of this situation is as follows. Within a few hours, Katalpa called me based on this review. Specifically, Mr. Dynžík, who wanted to solve the whole situation with me so that I would be satisfied as a customer. He solved the situation as follows. The mistake is in me and not in Katalpa, and I just don't understand how good Katalpa is, and I will understand when I turn to competition that is supposedly much worse. I needed to move the L cabinet. I agreed with Mr. Dynžík to move a few hours ago. However, after my review I wrote, Katalpa is definitely breaking up with me and will not move this cabinet over to me anymore. It is now being determined whether I will still be entitled to a guarantee if someone else does it for this company. As a customer, I find the negotiations unprofessional. The company allegedly got mad at me for this criticism. Update - 27.11.2020 - 11:03 Katalpa wrote to me, specifically Mr. Dynžík, that the cabinet can only be moved by Katalpa, and if someone else moves it, I lose the warranty. They do not want to move the cabinet. The move was agreed yesterday and today it is not true after this review. It's all closed so we broke up in a bad way. I recommend everyone to consider shopping with this company, because dissatisfaction with the service means such a reaction. I personally accept it and hand over the work to someone else, I will have the cabinet remodeled with the knowledge that it will be without warranty, or it will be completely new and I will lose 40,000 CZK. We have a new era = it is no longer enough for a customer to have money, he must deserve the service. The company's management has not responded and has not been interested in the development of this dissatisfaction. I agreed with your colleague, Mr. Dynžík, that someone else would do the rest of the apartment, but the shift of the TV cabinet still applies with regard to the guarantee I have with you. On the contrary, your colleague Mr. Dynžík called me yesterday and told me that Katalpa would not move the closet for me anymore, based on this review. That is, you will never do anything for me again, even if I wish. I describe this above quite clearly. How should I understand your position? What did Mr. Dynžík say is untrue? And are you willing to move the TV cabinet? I'll want to make a stone slab in the kitchen. No one else can do that, and I don't want to lose my warranty. Please comment here. Update 27.11.2020 - 16:22 Mr. Dynžík called me a liar on the phone and told me that he was considering suing me for my alleged lies.

The best kitchen studio we visited and thanks to them we have the kitchen as we want. Customer gets accurate calculation, real visualization. The assembly team was absolutely great, all tip top prepared and kept clean. We use the kitchen for the second year and found no defect. Maintenance of white lacquered kitchen is very easy.
