I usually din’t like leaving bad comments but I really dislike him and I think he’s incompetent. He didn’t want to spay my cat from the beginning. He clearly did something wrong since after the operation she got a small hernia and kept being in heat every few months . I called him to tell him and he said it could take some time to totally disappear. It’s been more than a year so I went there again today. He asked me 500- for a 2 minutes session in which he confirmed there was a hernia, and just accepted to operate again (and again skeptically) because I asked him to. He doesn’t care about the heat. I will obviously take my cat somewhere else.

Not much English but efficient and friendly

I was a tourist and my dog had an allergic reaction, his eyes were swollen and he was scratching all over his face and legs. The veterinarian didn't want to speak english because "we are in Czech Republic and he is a czech vet" and send me away. So rude and unprofessional to send a sick animal away without a treatment, an antihistaminic injection or smth just because you don't like tourists who don't speak your language

Leaving aside the negotiations and expressions, I left more for the vaccination than in a modern clinic. He was the closest, big mistake. I certainly wouldn't go there with a serious problem. Dr. Naxera is still winning here.

The doctor was not even able to recognize fleas in a small kitten. He only combed his hair a few times to see that nothing would fall out. Since the kitten has a thick coat, logically everything stays in it more. He dripped something from a large deworming bottle + other mites (it wasn't a classic pipette) ..in addition to the abdomen, instead of the classic spine. Two weeks later, I pulled three fleas from the cat's fur and found small eggs.
