I can't rate the mattress because there was no purchase. They state the opening hours on the website, you go from a greater distance to try the mattresses, you come to the place and there is the text "Today we end at 2 pm" on the door, while they should have been there by 7 pm. There is no mention on their website. Unnecessarily wasted our time, gasoline and energy. They are not open on weekends and the length of opening hours in Prague is not entirely optimal.

She should have warned me the sign on the door "CLEAN YOUR SHOES!" Instead of a salesman rather a mattress watcher and order at the store. He did not advise, unwilling, unpleasant. I buy elsewhere.

With mattresses we are happy, but ... The lady at the store claimed that our chosen mattresses had stock and after payment and subsequent waiting for the lord to bring out of the store, he told us that unfortunately the mattresses are not in stock. Then we had to wait for the mattress, according to the master two days (all we had on paper), but the mattresses did not arrive .. subsequently we called to Opava and the lady told us that the mattress can not be made as quick as that .. Obviously the lord in the shop in Prague he has no idea how it is going on in Mr. Grossmanna. Fortunately, the lady in Opava, with whom we were communicating, was very kind and helpful, as well as an apology for sending us two medical pillows. Thank you very much, my dear lady, for a great deal. Anyway, the quality of mattresses I recommend 😊
