Hello, today I visited the branch of this company in Háje Prague 4, because I liked the colleague's meeting by e-mail. She was proactive and the reactions were unprecedentedly quick. However, everything changed during the visit. At first, the lady was annoyed that I had arrived 10 minutes earlier. I offered to wait. Subsequently, we found out that the lady was not ready for the meeting at all. She hunted the papers chaotically, looking in her memory for what we actually had. Colleague absolutely overwhelmed. The total bundle of nerves and the whole meeting was faced with chaos and great unprofessionalism on a technical level. Otherwise I wanted to solve the fittings = opening one shelf = this could be a problem because it will cost more money. The lady apparently got the impression that I am a socially weaker customer who wants to furnish an apartment worth hundreds of thousands, but has no other hinges. The offer was not very well explained and I was not well acquainted with its price. The lady talked about CZK 90,000, but CZK 83,000 was written on the offer and after a discount of CZK 63,000. After changing the fittings, the cabinet suddenly grew to CZK 150,000, wouldn't I mind? Of course, it bothered such an increase due to the fitting of one cabinet. I had a holy patience, but eventually the lady started to get information that she was just an assistant, then that I would negotiate with a technician on site and I understood again that I would negotiate with a carpenter in my apartment, who will install the cabinet . I absolutely didn't know how it worked in Ammonite and who I was dealing with? Then we found out that the lady priced a wardrobe that I didn't even want to prize. That's why she talked about the higher amount. All a problem because the lady was not able to sufficiently explore what I need. Subsequently, the lady begins to complain that she has the power of customers, which she must refuse. Okay, why was I invited to collaborate? Subsequently, we found out that the employer allegedly overloaded the lady and does not give her a commission from the sold orders. So she may not care how much she sells it for me, and when we started to deal with other details, we found out that the L cabinet I needed to move didn't want to move. So we got up, tried to say goodbye to the lady, and I informed her that I would find someone else for the job. The lady began to hysterize, raising her voice at me as I could afford to be dissatisfied with her when she devoted herself to me. I just said that I am not dissatisfied with it, but with Amonit, and I consider this unprofessional and a waste of time for all of us. I'd rather give the job to someone else. I heard how harder it would be for me elsewhere and how hard it was for my lady, and then the lady threw me away in anger and slammed the door behind me and said goodbye to me. I called the company's executive, whom I acquainted with the situation. He was supremely good at me and had an understanding of the situation. He himself admitted that he has frequent problems with this employee and customers complain, but nothing better goes to his interviews and the labor market does not offer him anything better. He replied that they were overloaded. So the unprofessionalism was not just about the lady, but it is a general problem of Amonit, which has such a culture. Amonit declares to its customers on its website. Free proposal = I DIDN'T GET ANY. Quality = I can't judge. Seriousness = I experienced the opposite of this concept. Service, we solve all comments immediately = again I experienced the opposite. The lady didn't even ask what I needed to solve. Professionalism = I experienced the exact opposite. Based on the above complaint, I contacted this company and therefore I rightly feel deceived.

Good day, I don't have a Google account, so I'm writing a review under my wife's account. When we were deciding who we would have the kitchen and built-in wardrobes made from during the reconstruction of the property, Amonit was a clear choice for us. We used to have closets from them and everything went perfectly, even this time they did not disappoint. Reasonable prices, reasonable delivery times, good quality. Both the showroom staff and the focus and assembly workers behaved professionally and decently. In addition, the managing director, Mr. Sochor, also had fun with us, which is a nice bonus. Managers do not have fun with you everywhere. During the assembly, everything is tightened to the smallest detail, the company did not leave a mess behind. All in all, I can recommend Amonite with a clear conscience, and if I need anything again in the future, I will turn to them again. Ondra Hošek

Absolute satisfaction with Amonit. They have better prices than the competition. I have to praise Mrs. Hašková at the store in Prague 4 - Háje, she is very nice and helpful. I would also like to commend both Mr. Tichý (focus) and the accounting department and the boys for assembly and production. Everyone is fine, with a smile on their face. You can see that they enjoy their work. Nowadays it is quite a miracle :-)

I ordered the wardrobe via the Internet, I received the calculation in about 1-2 days. After focusing, the technician recommended a change in the decor. We then adjusted the details by e-mail. The assembly took place in an exemplary manner, both craftsmen were great. I can recommend.

Fair prices, everything agreed in advance. The company was recommended to us by a friend, we recommend further, a really decent company.
