SMART kitchen - Prague 4

So far we have only been to two meetings and resime a kitchen design. Therefore, I cannot evaluate the delivery as such or the quality of the kitchen after x years of use. But so far, the approach of this studio has been perfect! We propose a resume with Mrs. Sitková. We can try everything or see it right in the studio. Mrs. Sitkova recommends / likes, but does not force, she leaves the decision to us to be as satisfied with the kitchen as possible. We have now seen the visualizations and everything is according to what we agreed on at the first meeting. At the same time, we could discuss other options or we can contact her further, and we will evaluate the proposal in detail in peace at home. Even the possibilities of the study were beyond expectations, the suplicas can have atypical dimensions, just the length of the suplica as much as will be needed, as much space as there will be, so there is no need for any covers or deaf spots. I definitely recommend!

Very professional and pleasant behavior of the whole company from the initial consulting and planning to the final reconstruction of the kitchen. Mrs. Beňáková willingly helped and advised everything. She went out of her way to accommodate us. Mr. Labuda and the team of colleagues who prepared everything for us were very pleasant and communication with them was without problems. The only thing we could complain about was the unpleasant and annoyed behavior of the master, who connected the water to our new kitchen. Otherwise, however, there was not the slightest problem. We were pleased that the whole team had all the information about possible snags and everything was a success. The reconstruction lasted a total of 3 days (even with new electricity). We are very satisfied with the result and we definitely recommend this company to everyone. :)

We solved the kitchen with Mr. Šipula, we were very satisfied with the design and approach. Seamless communication via email and phone during the national quarantine. We are excited about the kitchen, so far we are collecting praise. Realization professional. The overall atmosphere in the studio was very pleasant. We recommend.

Based on the reviews here, my girlfriend and I decided to use this kitchen studio and realize the kitchen into a new apartment. The experience was, except for a few things, very positive. First of all, I would like to mention a very professional approach, from A to Z. The designer tried to win with our proposal, and we certainly did not feel that anything was being forced upon us. The first of such minor negatives was that the technical equipment of the apartment was absolutely not solved. Since we originally wanted an induction hob, so it was not at all resolved if we even have a three-phase in the apartment. The moment I found out I didn't, I started to deal with it. We still have gas in the apartment, so it seemed to me as the best alternative. I was told by the studio that the induction plates are now working on 230V, but they automatically reduce their power, and that it's absolutely hassle free. Because I couldn't get it, and it seemed to me that such restraint was quite disadvantageous, and I was able to prepare situations where it would be a real problem, I asked competing studios what they thought about it. From every studio I was told (and I even asked directly in Katalpa, and the answer was the same) that in this case definitely gas rather than a limited induction plate. So we made the decision to go to the gas. Then everything went well. Perhaps worth mentioning, there were a few bugs in the installation plans, but fortunately we identified them in time, and resolved them before the problem. On the day of installation everything was perfectly fine and ready. Gentlemen were considerate, skillful, and very professional. Except for a few hiccups, I consider the experience to be positive, and if you just see for yourself that everything is all right, I can recommend Smart Kitchen. What I learned later was that the lady was new to the studio and therefore, since everything has been resolved to my satisfaction, I can gladly forgive these little hitches. The kitchen itself seems to be very good and we are very satisfied with it. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------ But now I go to one more part of this review. I do not directly include this part of the review, because this is not the guilt of the studio. And this is a group of craftsmen who were recommended by my studio for the preparation of water, gas and electricity. I want to throw it here as a reminder. I got contact to Mr. Karel Labuda. I was very pleased with his work, but unfortunately this cannot be said about his colleagues. The electrician, Mr. Jiří Doupal, is incredibly unreliable. At first it started by agreeing on a date when it arrived and preparing gas and electricity. I announced everything to SVJ. Unfortunately, Mr. Doupal then told me that it was unsuccessful and we had to arrange it for another date. Okay, it happens. The next deadline was all arrived and they did the work. But Mr. Doupal left the work partially unfinished, and we agreed to arrive later and finish the work. Nor was it a problem, it was even more than a month before the kitchen was installed. He arrived a second time, unfortunately he forgot what I needed to do and did only a part. In the end, I had a big problem driving him to finish what he needed and he couldn't make it. This man has a huge problem with the management of his work, and I had to complain angrily with Mr. Labuda. So this was definitely not a pleasant deal. And unfortunately the next chapter was a gasman, Mr. Martin Křeček. Throughout his work he had a full (polite) mouth of bullshit what he had to do. Due to the location of the appliances, the gas pipe had to be guided through the wall. Well, and to the bottom of the problem ... later I found out that while I was working on the risers in the toilet, I had damaged the toilet, and some of the tiles on the newly reconstructed toilet. I write this part mainly because this group was recommended to me directly by the kitchen studio ...
