Yeah, yeah, good, even better China next door = nice environment.
When they catch a bird, they sing nicely to it.
So this company can be easily described.
If you are going to buy something they have in the store is not a problem, the staff is nice and helpful.
In case you need something they should import it is a MEGA problem. The excuses themselves, etc ....
Some experience with this company:
