Little people, think carefully about buying from this company! I warn and I believe that with the choice of mattress you will choose another company. Mr. Hrudka still owes me money for 2 mattresses, formerly the company bazyl.cz, today amatrace.cz (DA GASTRO s.r.o.) I sent them 2 mattresses for complaints, which began to fall apart after a year of use. They solved the complaint by gluing with tulle. When the mattresses came back, they stinked until I was poisoned with my family. They glued to everything in such a way that the mattresses did not fit with the rant (probably a blind person glued). I returned the mattress and complained again. I will not lie on something that is unprofessionally repaired and death wandered. I asked for a refund, as the complaint dragged on for a very long time and I was forced to buy new, quality mattresses from another company. To this day, I have neither money nor a mattress! Mr. Hrudka is a cheater and should sit! Very arrogant, Prague dealings. The whole dispute is reported to the CTIA, it was also resolved at dTest, where Mr. Hrudka did not even comment on the problem. That speaks to him as a human being and a deceiver.

I bought a bed, brought with a completely different right and a completely different left mattress (each other hardness), we asked for correction, after some time brought one harder, but after a few days we found that really not the same and the bed quality is crazy, the bed is dropping strangely, I am trying to deal with the complaint, but the company does not respond, the phone can not be called, the urgencies in the mail form do not respond. I refer the case to lawyers because they are obliged by law to deal with complaints, as I have also informed them by email.

I am in the same way, after a year of spring broke very poor quality products and so probably stopped quickly before complaints begin. NEDOPORUČUJI !!!!

I bought beds from them, I have to say that the ratio between price and quality is really great. :) I've been sleeping on them for half a year and I'm happy. I could even go to their store before buying and try them :)

Hello, I can't find their site anymore, does anyone know? or phone number? I need to complain about the mattress, I have it exactly a year and I already have it lying down that I am all broken, I will be glad for any information, thanks
