Didn't like their service nor the final design

Awful service and quality. Problems are not being solved. Wholes in kitchen that costs 107'000 and to cover them, Oresi is asking me for more money. Oven does not work and Oresi solution is asking me to contact Candy repair center by myself. Once Oresi takes your money you can forget about them, they forget their obligations at the same moment.

Branch and staff spotless. Kitchens are average, we opt for Livanzza. Its quite pricy expected higher quality. I would say not great attention for detail. Prefabricated parts are accurate but could fit closer together. Worktop we have chosen is inferior quality. Build took more then two weeks and we got no compensation for that.

At the weekend probably does not want to work much, the site promised 3D design on the site did not take place and spatial imagination of the lady who played with pencil and paper at the child's level, (no offense: D). Then it is no wonder that the resulting create at all does not correspond to the aim and is a waste of time for both parties ...
