Such an amazing place and staff. They care for the pets very much. They do get a queue in the waiting room, do make an appointment, but I think their wait time is a non-issue compared to their quality of service

I’ve been bringing my cats there for 4 years, even after moving to the other side of Prague. They speak English and they’re all extremely nice, always smiling and really care about the animals. They do home visits too which is an additional bonus, especially for one of my cats who gets very stressed and aggressive when we go to the clinic. Highly recommended.

We came to that place with a kitten who had stomach problems. They could not define any diseases; they tried to “help”, but all these actions were aimed on earning money on our trouble. All their recommendations and drugs which they sold us were absolutely useless! We spent more than 4000 czk in that place! The breaking point was when our kitten lost coordination, she had strong diarrhea and was absolutely inactive for more than 3 days. When we came to the place and a “vet” said: “your kitten has a bad day”... “may be tomorrow she will feel herself better”. We spend for the visit 500 czk! God saved us: we left this pseudo clinic and found a real professional who saved life of our cat.

Open til 8 on a Saturday and very professional. Not too expensive either. 👍
