Nice shop

We ordered a seat for this store with the proviso that I will take it on Saturday. The seat was taken to a warehouse in Horni Pocernice, 20 kilometers away. Warehouse opening hours only on weekdays from 8 to 16. So we have to have the seat brought, the price for importing 30 kilometers is 3 thousand crowns. Phase is not interested, it is an emergency, transport and storage are external. For a 60,000 seat, I would expect better service and customer care. We waited for 4 months on the seat.

Everything super just when picking up the goods will allow you to take it to the ramp then close the gate and disinterest. If it doesn't fit in the car, I have a feeling they won't be interested at all.

We got a Phase seat and next time I won't do the same. After a few months, I got a rugged seat that had to be returned and to be without a seat for another month. During that time, the moving company damaged my new facade without any compensation (they tried to leave quickly to notice it during their move). Subsequently I bought a new tabouret with the same substance. The color didn't exactly match the seat I already had. So now I have the same two pieces of paper on paper that look different. Phase said it was written in the contract that there might be deviations. You can choose from a million colors, but in the end you get something else. The gentleman with a complaint goes from Slovakia, because they say the Czechs do not believe! Great access. High price and not much quality. Definitely not recommended.
