I own the bed for over a year and half now. And it is still the same. Everything works very well. The pistons for opening the storage area works smoothly. I can recommend the product and also the shopowner. It comes at a price but the bed body is delivered in 4 pieces only and it is really heavy. Oak and steel fitting. I am sure it will last ages!

The beds and other furniture is of excellent quality - which of course, comes at a price. Logical, it is not Ikea. But if you want something that lasts and you want to select the kind of wood and color for your custom piece - this is the place.

My mother and I bought 2 mattresses from this retailer about two years ago. We love the quality. My mother desperately needed another mattress recently, and the salesperson as well as the company were extremely helpful and delivered on time at very short notice. Much appreciated.

We are still satisfied with the purchase of the bed, but the reason for the bad rating is the services, in order: 1. The constantly mentioned discounts on the web are absurd, mainly because they have been there for at least the last year. 2. Staff in the Prague branch - you can really work on the presentation. I confused the salesman with the customer because he was probably dressed in pajama pants and pulls out his sweatshirts, it didn't make a good and professional impression. 3. When buying for 30k, I would really consider free shipping, from the customer's point of view, it looks better and 500 will definitely be lost in the price of a bed, for example. 4. Impossibility to pay by card for the delivered order, possibly only in cash, the carriers do not even have a refund. 5. The reluctance of carriers to take away packaging material after assembly - I do not intend to clean up someone else's mess, mainly because it is a paid service. It offers a comparison with other e-shops, where this is the standard. 6. The delivery time of 12 weeks surprised me unpleasantly, mainly because the originally stated time was 8 weeks.
