Hi, my name is Ariela Lavi and I am an architect from Israel. I was asked by the client to design an apartment in Prague. I was in Prague few months ago and looked for a kitchen company to prepare the kitchen in the apartment which I designed. From all the recommendations I received, I was highly impressed from the exhibition in the store of HVT interiery kuchyne s.r.o and above all from the owner, a wonderful couple Mgr. Lenka Seidlová and Jan Seidl ,with high desire to serve and help and together with their sonJulian Seidl who translate me all to English and assist with a very high level service. During 3 months, we were in tough by emails, including sending drawings and pictures. In addition to the kitchen, electrical items were ordered in a great price and additional works were done such as plumbing and electrical points, painting work,,, building work and adding additional door inside the apartment. All was done in a very high quality and great service and availability around the clock. I arrived again to Prague to received the furniture and for final design and decorate of the apartment. I met Julian who continued with his great service, even with thing which were not his responsibility and always with a smile and desire to help. During my 26 years in the field and experience, I never met such a service and high quality of product. The apartment came out so lovely, a lot due to the studio. Based on the reviews so far, we visited the HVT kitchen studio and I must admit that I was a little disappointed. At the first meeting, we brought a drawing study of the apartment from the architect and communicated other requirements regarding the new kitchen (for example, that it is possible to move with the size of the room, because not all partitions have been built yet). The lady prepared the proposal and presented it at the second meeting. Unfortunately, it turned out that she probably did not take enough notes at the first meeting and none of the requirements were included in the proposal. In addition, the design corresponded practically 1: 1 to the original design from the architect, although we mentioned that the design is only ideological and does not meet our needs. When we noted this and requested an on-site adjustment, we were told that if we wanted further adjustments, we could arrange another meeting. However, after payment of a deposit of 15 000, -. We understand the condition of a deposit if, after the first meeting, what we wanted was incorporated into the design and a design was met that met our requirements (variability of kitchen size, possibility of glazed industrial partition between rooms, consideration of atypical corner in kitchen and hood). Unfortunately, this did not happen and we decided to collaborate with another studio. As a footnote: I find it slightly unprofessional not to include a requirement for an industrial partition separating the kitchen from the living room on the grounds that the partition is expensive (delivery was considered by a third party), although we said at the first meeting that the partition was required for us and that we are aware of higher prices (100k). The seller should not judge for me what is expensive for a person or not and promote his own.

Hello, I got acquainted with HVT interiors in 2009, when they helped me with my mother's kitchen, which was not best done by another kitchen studio. I promised them that I would never forget them and I would speak if there was an opportunity to buy a new kitchen or living. Nine years later it came. HVT interiors designed a beautiful kitchen for me, implemented in detail and it is a fabulously done work with everyone else. Thank you very much! Predelavaji my entire house and in all of them I fully believe and the work they have already done, can not namitbout. They are professional in all respects.
