Maximum satisfaction. We bought new mattresses and slats. The lady at the store was extremely nice and helpful and patiently explained everything to us. She also helped us with the selection. Negotiating trade and delivering goods was also flawless. Even the subsequent contact and consultation was smooth and again willing.
