On the first try, a terribly stuck and awful shade - completely different from the original. In the case of a complaint, which I HAD to pay a good shade, the quality of the work is terrible again. Poorly trimmed, it already peeled off in certain places when taken over. Today I pulled the roof from the car and decided to repair it myself or get another one. In total, I left almost 8 thousand with Mr.. CZK for work that is even worse than before. I also attach photos. Mr. Hložek's argument was that it couldn't be better - nonsense, I can't know the right argument. And if I don't know something, I can't do business in it. Rabenseifner

He found white hard zippers on the pink-cushioned seats that had fallen apart before he was handed over, so he took it simply by hand, with black thread, and as the apprentice put it together. Unfortunately, I only found out from us after we handed over. Today I know why he wanted money in his account before he handed me back the sofas. No one would pay him for the work done. He did not return the rest of the upholstery fabric that we gave him in the length of over 25 m at all, he has not delivered a seat to the chair to this day, so we cannot use the chair at all. I hid the sewn pillows in the closet, not only did he make the children's size of the pillows, which looks really pretty, pretty good on the sofa (ironically, if Mr. Hložek reads this review) and not to mention the hidden, hard zippers on the pillow. Before negotiating the order, he was accommodating, after payment and complaint, I received only one email, yes, we will do what is necessary, on March 14, 2020, nothing since then, without a response and resolution of the problem on his part. Today I have run out of patience, so I wrote this review for his company and wonder of the world, Mr. Hložek immediately responded and assures clients that it is not true that I wrote and that he will defend himself to the detriment of the honor of judicial institutions. After reading the other reviews, I have no illusions about his work and person. However, he advised me in the answer that we have the CTIA for a job well done, which I will immediately use. However, Mr Hložek no longer communicates. However, the CTIA stated that I have the complaint ready for collection. I would like to point out that this was a complaint about a seat, which immediately upon my takeover of the newly covered seat had to take the seat for a complaint and has not yet delivered a seat since March 13, 2020. It still does not respond to subsequently reported complaints.
