The goods were delivered to me on Friday, July 24, 20. The ppl driver contacted me in the morning and shared the delivery time. with unloading and taking to the house. The cabinet was delivered in perfect order, beautifully composed, nothing was a problem, everything was perfectly fit, excellent workshop processing. Catastrophic conduct, deliberately giving false information. I ordered a breakfast set. After the initial information noise, when I was first notified by email that the shipment was sent and after 2 days the carrier still had no information about the shipment, I received an email with an apology that everything was delayed and the next day they will send the shipment.Ok, it will happen.After the next 3 days I had a missed call.I called after about 20 minutes back and the driver told me that he called me when he was in front of the house and now If I want the shipment, I should pick it up in person. I refused and agreed on the delivery the next working day. Nobody called me again. I contacted vybersito.cz, where I was told that the shipment is returning. to them and immediately deliver it to me again ?????. After the next x days, I contacted the company again. This time I was told that the carrier had damaged the shipment and another one would be sent to me immediately. I did not contact them again by e-mail, this time I received an answer that the shipment was returned to them. I was already suspicious, so I asked for a refund. The amount was returned to me, but reduced by a part for shipping. So I have a question with why this is the case, when, according to the company's executive, the driver should have called me min. 1 hour before delivery, so it was his fault, and then no one contacted me about delivery. It was answered that it is because I refused to accept the shipment (yes, it sounds logical, I refuse to accept the shipment, which I have already paid ......) and I have to point the complaint to the carrier. What about the fact that I am shipping paid by vybersito.cz and no contractual relationship connected me with the carrier ........ I never want to have anything to do with this company again.
