After about 5 weeks, I checked by phone to see if the sofa had arrived. After 8 weeks, I checked again by phone what was wrong with my order. I was told that the order was lost at the manufacturer. But that if I choose from the two existing ones. they'll bring me to me next week. I did so, but no one brought or called. This week / 19. 6. !!! / I called again. I was told that the lady had a vacation and that they do not answer the phone from the manufacturer!?!?. I asked for a call with a competent person. The next day, the store manager called me, told me that they would send me a deposit back and it's done !!! ??? I asked for at least partial compensation for the lost profit from renting, because you can't rent something where there is nothing to sleep on. Already the 2nd month. The lady taught me that she would not give me anything, that I could not do it and that she had a legal education. And that he would call me the next day when they would bring it in. She didn't answer. I have neither a sofa nor money. So today, 10 weeks after ordering the sofa, I made a new order from Scont, free shipping, a discount of 8,000 and delivery next week.
