This veterinary clinic disappointed me a lot. Very overpriced non-professional. They have no responsibility and collect incredible money. The dog stopped walking on its hind legs, the staff informed us that either surgery for 60 thousand or spending, they refused to send X-rays for which we paid, that it can only be burned to a CD for which it is necessary to pay. After waiting 2.5 hours in the waiting room for a CD, I was told that it was not possible and they sent it to the e-mail - it suddenly worked. The whole situation was solved about 5 times by a visit to a physiotherapist (Dorn's method). The dog runs and jumps without any surgery, I was told that this method can do the same in more difficult cases. No animal is interested in this surgery, only money! Dear Sir, I called your clinic to send me pictures by e-mail, you told me it was not possible, that I had to come in person for the CD. After a long time of waiting, you still sent it to me by e-mail. I opened it, but I had to take time off work. You definitely didn't offer the Dorn method, you told me to either spend or 60t operations. I will definitely not contact you with a physiotherapist, because he has absolutely the same opinion about you.

Very insensitive approach. Instead of professional advice and an empathetic approach, he strives for the impossible in order to make as much money as possible.

Pleasant and patient doctor and nurse

Great for doctors and the environment. The absolutely great doctor was the only one who told us the diagnosis and dealt with it immediately. 🙂
