I absolutely do not recommend. They pay attention to the customer before the purchase, they answer all the questions, but once you order and you have some problems, it is bad. The sofa was delivered at the beginning of November 2020, the same day claimed incl. matches the handover protocol and phone calls to the company on how to proceed. After three days, it was confirmed by email that they had received the complaint. The next week, no one responded and after the warning, the answer was that the complaint was in charge of an external company and they did not see their policy. After another three weeks, no one responded, so it was time to withdraw from the purchase agreement! One week after withdrawing from the contract, a contact came from an external company that the technician would send me a repair for another week. After the third repetition that there was already a departure from the contract and there was no interest, the lady understood. Nothing happened for the next 14 days. The CTIA is involved so that the person gets back the advance amount (payment of the additional payment is already refused upon receipt until the complaint is settled). Then the advance amount is returned and then the set is taken away. In addition, the quality that was expected due to the price of the seat was not at all. Never again and I warn everyone against buying anything from this company. Incredible experience, unfortunately absolutely negative!

This week I received a sofa that I ordered over the phone, because the branch in Prague is closed. Thanks to the willingness and professional approach, I am absolutely satisfied with both the communication when ordering, as well as delivery and installation on site. but I definitely recommend .. P. Zaludova .

The guide took us through the furniture on offer. Quality, but more expensive. Even electronically adjustable sofas. Pleasant approach.
