3x bought other sink sinks and 3x caused great damage resulting from the poor quality of the product, I do not understand how it can happen at all

ATTENTION!!! When ordering goods is in the basket free shipping. In fact, they charge CZK 168! We were notified of this only in the order confirmation email. And to make matters worse in the mail write for mail 139CZK because it states without VAT! When asked why they mislead customers with data about free shipping and does not state the real price, Ms. avoided the reply twice and therefore did not answer. I call it professionalism! From such hands away! It was handed over to the CTIA
