I already have a kitchen from Oresi for the second time and I can only recommend ... The Karlovy Vary branch is absolutely great, specifically it's Miss Anna Deršlaková, who is nice, helpful, you can see that she understands her work and knows ... beautiful kitchen and what I must also appreciate is that the design fit exactly into the price limit we said, it was not like the others who are just trying to sell at any cost ... So for us the number one star from the beginning to to the end ... I must not forget Mr. Duchoslav, who assembled our kitchen ... Also a very handy and nice gentleman ... Since the first meeting, we cooked the first lunch in a new kitchen in exactly two months, so SUPER !!!

Terrible company, really terrible. I bought a Bosch oven, price 34000 CZK !! Early December 2017. They delivered it to me in a broken package. The front glass door and the bottom of the oven were not covered against breakage during transport !! That's what I found when loading into the car. Lucky I didn't cut anything and did not insult the corner. That would give me !! I brought home and unpacked the rest. It was dented from below !! Instructions on 43 pages were only in French !! I had to shoot everything and immediately claim. You cannot use without instructions, because if you break or fail to do something, you will lose your warranty !! It was just before Christmas. What I received with the complaint almost a month, ie until mid-January 2018 !! They wrote that denting had no effect on oven operation and that I printed the instructions on 43 pages on a computer. Poor one who does not have a computer, printer and does not understand what to do with PDF format !! They were not willing to print it and send it themselves. I don't know why it took them so long. They offered me a discount of 4000 CZK for having a half-pressed oven. Unfortunately, I had ordered a table and chairs for more than 44000 CZK. I received them after a month and a half. Everything should be in white color, table top white smooth laminate. What did I get? Table top in rough structure and dark !!! I turn the carousel again with a complaint. They pay everything in advance and they don't care what you receive. They even told me I shouldn't have taken it !! How do I know there's something else in the boxes? You have to pay everything, take over and its driver does not wait until you unpack everything. He left. Within 5 minutes I called him to bring me something else. He already had the money and told me this wasn't his concern and I had to start complaining. You will always spend several hours with your complaint. You have to take a picture, write it, call in all directions, because nobody wants anything to do with it anymore. He will always refer you to the next and next phone, mail, etc. Now I will wait about a month for me to finish the table according to the order. At the same time, at the beginning of the order (early December), I was interested in a lighted cupboard to match the color of the table. I was promised to receive three price calculation proposals soon. To date I have not received anything !!! Good thing I didn't pay any down payment. I bought the cabinet in Mobelix at a ridiculous price against Ores. It is really hard to keep in check and not be rude when communicating with the Oresi representatives. In fact, they're laughing at you for having flown, paid, and you can't do anything. Oresi does not produce these items but merely distributes them. So they are not even able to do the simplest, check and complete, pick your order. Incredible company inability. Please beware of this business !!!! Its insolvency, inability and lack of interest in the client.
