We have a beautiful kitchen from here. It cost us a lot of savings, but for 3 years at home has done great and yet everything keeps everything nailed.

Hello, I am writing to you as a disappointed representative of a customer (my father) who ordered and paid for a kitchen from your company in June 2016. Unfortunately, it has not been completely finished to date. My reaction here is only a resigned and desperate statement that if someone asks me in the future where to buy the kitchen, I will strongly warn him of ORESI. The solution to the unfinished backlog seems to be such a problem for such a reputable company that it was not able to provide it logistically even after 2 months. Your internal communication between the branch office and the head office seems to me like a Hungarian-Chinese conversation. In addition, you sold a branch (Rychnov nad Kněžnou), where the kitchen was planned and ordered, to a gentleman named Tauer, who puts his hands away from everything that happened before taking over the store. How does your customer come to this? Do you think having 1 manager for complaints for the whole Czech Republic normal? Sadly, for you, a client who buys goods for about 85,000 is no more than annoying fly, you probably have enough of such clients, so why chase. It is so? I beg you, it's an embarrassment that your star team can be ashamed of.

I took the kitchen together with the appliances here in this studio, and I was quite surprised how many different design options you have, I spent about an hour and a half with the designer there. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the kitchen in terms of quality.
