Took very good care of our dog

We were with Mr. Mach with our four-legged family member, Edý .. Bleeding diarrhea, vomiting .. We were afraid that it would not last us until morning and despite the fact that several people did not recommend Mr. Mach to us, we visited this surgery. I have to say that we definitely don't regret it, Edý got an injection, ATB, the last day of visiting the diet pellets and he's running again, it's our happy Edý again. We thank Mr. Mach very much for his approach and for his help.

I've been wondering for a long time if I should write a review, as I usually never write it anywhere. We were always very satisfied with Mr. Mach - professional approach, animals always helped. Unfortunately, Mrs. veterinarian (I do not know the surname, I have not met her there yet) approach and behavior completely surprised me. The situation is this: We have an 18-year-old dog that we take care of, and we love him as a family member. Unfortunately, I am a VS student abroad and then I was separated from the dog. The dog is worried about old age, he could barely walk, he is blind, he can hardly hear, he has been waking up, he has been sleeping for days. After an agreement with the family, we decided that when I came to CR, we would all say goodbye to him and go to death. The dog was unrecognizable with my arrival - suddenly he was hard, cheerful, he just hurt something, sometimes he grumbled, and of course he is still blind and almost inaudible. In conclusion, after a difficult decision, we still ordered a vet. I would rather have the dog die happy than let it go to extremes and let the vet judge and advise us (dog weighs 9 kg, medium growth, 18 years) Immediately when we came to the surgery, and when asked what bothers us, we replied that we were going to be killed, the vet immediately attacked us, as if we wanted to get rid of the dog disgustingly and he was a nuisance to us. She didn't let us talk or explain. After a small argument asking her to let us speak, she finally examined him. The dog is as healthy as fish, blindness and deafness are only old, and they were very bad for him. The lady gave the injection and the cracks. Following the injection without instructions, keeping the dog still, she went to open the closet and the dog fell off the table - I don't know or guilt, it can happen, it doesn't matter. However, I am not interested in the vet - no reaction. Of course we are very happy that the dog is still with us. BUT It is possible that different people go to the vet with dogs in different conditions for different reasons, so it is understandable that veterinarians are sometimes suspicious. However, such a 'professional approach' and another comment: "I will not kill a healthy dog, DON'T SHOSE IT somewhere" shocked me more when you come there sad and stressed that you are going to spend a dog, and try to communicate well. Mrs. UNPLEASANT, NON-SYMPTICAL, UTOCNA. However, the injection helped, the cracks help. Since then, however, only directly to Mr. Mach. Except for this experience, I would otherwise give 5 stars.
