Very profetional and nice people
Sometimes they fold the container for a long time, today super folded in 2 hours
This company was a big surprise for us in a negative sense. I still understand that you can't call them, but that they don't even reply to an e-mail is a bit harsh. Even after the holidays, which you will learn about from the automatic answer. When they wrote after the emergency (we asked for a telephone contact), they were not able to act at least decently. What about at least apologizing or addressing a potential client? Zero, nothing. Completely acting out of basic decency. I'm very curious how everything will go. So far enough misery for me ....
Be very careful of these scumbags. There is no recognized complaint with them. I complained about a saw that was used a few times. Broken piece at the chain clamp (allegedly my mistake, I tightened too much). Starting started slipping (again, allegedly my mistake, I pulled too hard). Oil cap leak (again my fault). Unfortunately, they do warranty service for many brands. Avoid the big arc.
I ordered a spare part from this company for the first time and I am very satisfied, they advised the next day and after ordering I had a spare part at home within three days. Everything went 100%
