The customer's ignorance is either practiced by the lady or she just had a bad day. Basically, I don't care. If I make an appointment with someone for the fourth time (with the fact that he will wait for a while) and wait half an hour without the lady telling me at least politely that she doesn't have time, or should I wait another half hour, an hour, I'm sorry. Unnecessary ride from Prague.
