We have ordered a seat with a guarantee of delivery to Christmas. I was told at the infoline last week that it would be imported on Friday. And it's not even in the store. I haven't picked up the phone since Friday in the store or on the infoline. Inconsistent conduct.

Incompetent Saleswoman. We were persuaded to the most expensive and thus allegedly the highest quality type of fabric, should be easy maintenance and cleaning. After just a few weeks, when the first stains did not go down and I went for advice, I was offered their special cleaning paste, which then also left extra stains on the bright seat. On the next visit they told me that I could make a complaint, but if the complaint is not accepted, I will pay a visit to a technician who will arrive from Slovakia for that.

First-class quality of both seats and service and overall approach to the customer. Although Phase seats are not the cheapest, it is definitely worth investing in them.
