Unprofessional approach, our rabbit got sick at night so we turned to the vet by phone for advice and the lady was extremely uncomfortable, it was not easy to understand and she didn't advise us anything ...!

We started going to the clinic two years ago, when we bought a rabbit. At that time, this clinic was one of the best in Olomouc. We went to this clinic for two whole years, we were registered patients here. About three months ago, we had the rabbits allowed, and we informed the doctor at the clinic. For health reasons, we had the rabbit do an ultrasound, where we were told that he had three pups in his abdomen (this was said by the doctor, although it cannot be said with certainty, and she only wrote in the medical report that she was pregnant, not the number of pups). The birth came on the 33rd day and the rabbit had contractions for several hours and it was not possible to expel the pups, so we called the emergency room at the clinic. Here they rejected us (despite the ongoing office hours) and sent us to the clinic in Brno or Zlín at 22:00. Unfortunately, I am a student and I do not have a car, nor anyone who would have a car and live somewhere in this part of the republic, so there was absolutely no opportunity for me to go anywhere at night. After several desperate phone calls to Brno and Zlín, we can get a doctor around Olomouc at about 11 pm, who acquainted us with the seriousness of the situation (rabbit and cubs are in danger of life) and offered to try to induce a baby if we bring the rabbit immediately, possibly perform a caesarean section. Surgery was eventually necessary because the rabbit had only one large pup in its abdomen, which it would not give birth to on its own. In addition, there was a torsion of the uterus, and without surgery, the rabbit would not have survived that night. The owner of the clinic investigated the matter with the rabbit and found no mistakes, because according to medical reports, the doctor did everything correctly. In the letter, he quoted me what she wrote in the medical reports, and since I was with all the rabbit tests, I can say with certainty that she always told me something different than what she wrote in the report. In addition, she behaved inappropriately on each visit, she was uncomfortable without doing anything to her. The other staff of the clinic always treated me nicely and I can't complain about them. Nevertheless, I no longer visit the clinic because of the doctor.
