Absolute fiasco. Since Sunday, our dog has been limping, so after an agreement with our veterinarian, I ordered a dog to see the doctor for an X-ray. I described everything to my sister and told us that we could come to this from now on. We waited at the vet for less than 2 hours until they took us inside and the nurse and the doctor immediately replied that we had nothing to do with him, that we had to go to orthopedics. They still behaved like children and made nonsense for my taste. So we immediately ordered a vet elsewhere, where they were (unlike this one) professional and thoroughly examined him and did an X-ray. Result BROKEN FINGER !!!! Definitely not recommended, you better go somewhere else !!!

On Thursday, we went to order the castration of a rabbit for a krsle, we put it there in the morning and at 3 pm ... we picked it up, we were told that everything was ok, then the doctor came out that she still made some abrasions from her back chairs that she said the rabbit eats badly we never noticed it at home the rabbit at home arranged everything he got everything was just ok how to be no one told us before to do the procedure without our knowledge, we brought the rabbit home a lot of bad of course we got medicine but still nothing the rabbit was very bad condition ... I'll shrink that rabbit died on Friday night !!!!!!!!. Mrs. Doctor turned a healthy rabbit into a wreck Mrs. Doctor I will not name she knows her name .

I have known Dr Müller for a few years now. I came to her while she was in Prague and now I travel with her dog to Pribram. I especially appreciate her professionalism and individual approach. My beagle has been in her care since the puppy age and is absolutely cool and nervous when visiting the office.
