Employees were really helpful and went out of their way to get me what I need. If only everyone worked this. The prices are also good and you can always get a good bargain and good stuff for your money here. Sometimes it's good to wait for their sale as you can save a little fortune.

Ordered a mattress 4 weeks ago. The consultant was very polite and helpful with my choice. They promised that they would call me after it arrived and was ready to be delivered. They wrote down everything they would need: name, address, phone number. Deliveries are made on Saturdays only. Went to the shop to see what was the hold-up after about 4 weeks on a Saturday. The mattress was just sitting there for who knows how long. Asked to have it delivered the same day. They said their delivery schedule is full. Now I'll have to wait another week to have it maybe delivered. My schedule is now ruined. And now I'll have to suffer another week sleeping on the couch that is way too small. I wonder if they would have ever called me if I didn't come to the store myself. I have worked in a similar store myself so I know that the incompetence shown by this is staggering. I have very mixed thoughts of them. Doubtful I'll ever make the mistake of ordering anything from here again. I suggest only buying things that you can carry out of the store yourself or in a shopping cart.
