Three weeks ago, we were in the emergency room with a chinchilla, on suspicion of a broken pack. The doctor felt his leg, did not recommend an X-ray ... he ordered a two-week rest period and pain medication. After three weeks, the cincilla fell again and, thanks to an unresolved problem, now has a double fracture of the hind paw. If the first fracture was handled correctly and in time, we would not have to look for specialists for surgery all over the Czech Republic now. I'm sorry that a small baby has to suffer for so long. We are not experts and we cannot evaluate the situation. That's why we turned to the vet for help. But if the vet can't and doesn't know how to work with it, he should say it at the beginning. This is unnecessary sadness and suffering.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this surgery. We were with the cat at the neutering..the operation seemed to be fine, everything was fine the next day to be checked ... within two days the condition of our cat deteriorated rapidly, so we visited the surgery again and there we were told that the cat was failing kidneys and that it is probably a reaction to anesthesia ... of course no one informed us about this risk before the operation .... so we left the cat here for infusion, with the proviso that it should quite likely get out of it. We came for her in the evening and she didn't wake up the next morning. Of course, we paid a small amount for each visit to the surgery. My overall impression of this situation is that they are more concerned with money than with complete animal health.
