I do not recommend Oresi. Kitchen delivered a month after the deadline, with a different refrigerator than the one originally chosen. The master recommended the sink to us so that during the assembly it was wide from edge to edge on the corner cabinet and due to two trays, one large and the other small, we had to cut out most of the top plate of the cabinet and thus the cabinet spilled. Fixed the addition of an additional board. To make matters worse, the sink was delivered bent and all lacked a hole for the faucet, so the semi-finished product. Perhaps the sink should be finished and not so that one can finish something on it. At the buyer's expense, the hole is additionally finished. Refrigerator cabinet a few cm small. Resolved removal of the rear hardened paper. Another problem occurred when mounting the cabinets on the wall. The sheet metal hooks on the wall are small and we unscrewed the plastic holder in the cabinet to the maximum due to the offset of the sides of the cabinet. After a while, the screw pushed through the hole and the holder did not hold as it should. This problem has occurred with multiple holders. Problem solved by purchasing other brackets from another kitchen retailer. Missing parts have been claimed. When assembling the kitchen, we found out that they did not give us slats for slatting the kitchen countertop. When we reached the ores and asked the master why they didn't give them to us, the answer was that they were not part of the order and he asked us if they had to be there? Make your own picture. So, of course, we ordered them additionally, and when we went for them, we found out that we were missing one bar for a separate cabinet. So another wait. We went to the ores for a tailor-made kitchen. Where it didn't work out, they covered all the other modular cabinets with a laminate board. So make a small kitchen even smaller with these things. Before making a small open spice cabinet. The handles according to the 3D design and the picture were supposed to be much more of one than the others. They added half the big half to the small ones. Complained again. You have to align and drill the holes for the handles yourself. They'll send you a bare board without holes and that's it. And that each handle is otherwise wide is no excuse. The kitchen should be made to measure and the holes for attaching the handles should have been drilled in advance when I have handles pre-ordered for them. The separate lower cabinet was originally the upper one, and the legs were added to it, and the custom-made cabinet was ready. This box was modular and if we wanted to be 5 cm bigger, unfortunately it was not possible and we had to choose from what it offers. So either it was smaller or big. So we have nothing to measure. If you really want to customize it, have it made by a carpenter. We have 2 kitchens from Oresi. We had one done 10 years ago and everything was made to measure and fit beautifully as we imagined. And this time we were disappointed by Ores. The kitchen is still not standing and at any moment we come across something that something is missing or there is another problem. Instead of cooking, we go to the ores and complain about things and wait for them to deliver them to us.

I do not recommend !!!!!!! If someone hesitates to buy a kitchen from Oresi, think twice before choosing another company. Thanks to Oresi we had a bad Christmas because we couldn't cook. The focus of the kitchen was poorly executed and not to mention the improper behavior of the fitter. A faulty hob was detected when the kitchen was installed. We complained after several phone calls, when the complaint and service center and shop tossed us as a hot potato. Nobody has solved anything by the end of the year and the service technician will come to repair the hob in mid-January, although we bought a new one and not a repaired one. Some appliances did not have Czech manuals and others did not have cable terminals, which we were not informed about and had to call an electrician again. And this requires payment of the entire kitchen a week before the delivery! The moment they get the money, you don't care anymore. Oresi never again!

Initial enthusiasm fell quickly after the assembly of the line. During assembly we were told that the hood is not in stock? When something ordered in advance, paid? We waited for him a week. If I hadn't noticed the missing part, no one would have informed me that the part was in store and needed to be picked up. Completely nothing unplugged, waste, there was no cable to the hob, nobody told us anything and then disassemble everything and fold it again! Warranty certificates from appliances not confirmed - this must be confirmed by the customer at the store !! With such a large company one would expect this as a matter of course. I do not recommend, ever more-disaster.
