I can say that I am writing this review after 5 years of buying an umbrella from this company. When buying, it was great negotiations, quality goods and fast processing. After 5 years, I asked for a locking wheel on the bottom bar for the parasol and I was told that they would send it to me for free if it didn't last. I was more than pleasantly surprised that they have the part at all and, moreover, that they would send it to me, all for free. This is how I imagine a perfect business, which is ideal for purchasing and subsequent service. Thanks.
