I ordered 3 stuff to Hungary. 1 of them had factory failures on all pieces (due to insufficient saw), and the other 2 looked differently compared to the pictures. I kept 1 of them and sent back the remaining 2. The administrators were very helpful, I also received the money back for the 2 items (although I needed to ask it a couple of times...); that's why they deserve the 3 stars from me and not less.
