Kuchyně Beroun

I would like to share with you my experience with the seller. During the summer, we found a kitchen from Kitchen Beroun on Bazoš.cz, which we really liked, so we took a day trip to check out how the kitchen looks alive. When we arrived at the place, as many write here, it is not the most beautiful place, but the staff was very nice, warm and willing to advise us. The kitchen looked beautiful, so we went home with a good feeling and chose the cabinets at home according to our taste. Then we paid a deposit and waited until we could pick up the kitchen. Until then, I honestly couldn't think of looking at the reviews on Google, and the day before we had to go to the kitchen, I just browsed the net out of curiosity and looked at the reviews. At that moment, my blood stopped, because the reviews were absolutely insane, so I was afraid of what would be waiting for us the next day. We were ready to check everything before we paid the rest of the money. The elderly gentleman (current owner) and the young lady were both very warm and went through and checked the individual parts with us on the spot. Uff everything sat. We went upstairs to the office to pay and there was no going back. I couldn't help but feel very good about the master and his approach and the kitchen, I had to ask how it is possible that they have such a bad rating on Gooql and I was told that the company used to belong to my son, which put her in trouble and caused her a lot of problems, and her father (an elderly gentleman) is now trying to put the company together, as it was well underway at the beginning. I apologize for the giant style, but I was really very satisfied and I'm glad I wasn't scared of the review, even though it was small. We are very satisfied with the kitchen, although it comes from Poland, but we do not mind at all and especially the price is absolutely great, so for me 5 stars and I attach a photo of the kitchen. :)

Absolute tragedy !! Agreement zero, deadlines are not met, mainly that they want money immediately. After they brought us the line in an absolutely catastrophic state, we wanted to return it, to which we are entitled by law, but Mr. Cízler only lies, cheats, promises and does not keep anything. He has blocked our numbers, we are already communicating through lawyers and we will contact the tax office and the CTIA

I have never experienced such an arrogant approach in my life in any store. When I chose the kitchen, they were nice, but as soon as I made a deposit, they didn't want to waste any more time. I arrived for the kitchen two days longer, it was ready on the edge, totally beaten, half the handles torn off, and the worktop had deep scratches. I told the owner that I did not choose such a kitchen that I did not want it. The owner laughed at me and said that he was preparing the kitchen for an hour (10 meters from the exhibited place) and the CZK 3,000 that I paid as a deposit are not enough for his work and I would still have to pay him for the move. I highly recommend choosing a kitchen anywhere else than here! The tax office should take a moment for the company, because the owner does not even issue a receipt.

We were satisfied. We have already bought well twice. They always took care of us intensively and willingly and also met our storage time. No problem with payment. They also offered us various possible customizations for a good price. If you do not expect a lighted shop window and a red carpet from the bazaar, you will probably be satisfied too.

Disaster in all aspects, the imported kitchen wandered after two months of unsuccessful tug-of-war, promises and excuses for the garbage can. Mr. Cizler is a liar and a fraud. Nevermore.
