The ordered table came to me and immediately after unpacking the individual parts, there was a large groove on the table top. When assembling, I found out that the board had already been used once. This was clearly visible on the connecting monsters. I wrote to the store and sent photos, and I did not intend to send the record back. I was just disappointed with human incompetence and poisoned by a time where everything is done half-heartedly. And gradually he forgot about it.
What was my surprise when, after about a month, they suddenly told me that they had filed a complaint with the manufacturer and settled it positively. That they send me a new record and the manufacturer doesn't even want the old one - damaged.
Incredibly. I have never seen such honesty and effort. I'm not a very loyal customer of any store, but I'll be happy to see it next time.
