Dilettante They are not able to deliver Pergola on time or on a postponed date and they still make excuses for other things, instead of acknowledging that they do not have a shipment ready. They don't even want to hear about the refund and come up with new reasons. I do not recommend this company to anyone

We especially appreciate the fast delivery of the gazebo, because we were a little afraid of that at this time of quarantine. Therefore, it was a nice surprise for us how this company has managed. The handover took place contactless, delivery on time, so we are very satisfied and thank you.

I ordered Pergola here because I expected better quality than in the hobby market. Unfortunately, expectations have not come true. Carpentry joints are almost never used, almost everything on wood screws (not pre-drilled), plan is tragic. Otherwise, the elements are much ripped off, for example, I added the collets. But what I consider to be the biggest problem is the deck made of 16mm plates. Not only is it not possible to walk with it and with such small nails is badly done, so the main problem is the installation of plumbing elements and roofing, when there is a serious risk that it will not stick well (short nails), I wanted to use better nails but in this dimension is neither do they. I went to the hobby market on purpose and the conclusion is that they probably use better wood on the heights (although the boards were pretty knotty), but structurally I would say that they have better (carpentry joints) in marques.

Good quality at a nice price, we assembled the pergola with his brother-in-law, delivery was circa within a week of order, in the package, nothing was missing.

Strasny, term of delivery after half a year, with that we always had to call me, nobody heard from us with the pergola had to be in 2-3 days, what arrived at the beginning of May is incredible, the wood with lama on the pulp bad quality wood, o I won't even talk about the plank because I have a lot of planes, lots of things have to be bought, never again
