I DANGERALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I do not follow the delivery deadline, the phones do not answer, they do not respond to messages via the contact form. I call the caller 3 weeks after the promised delivery date, no one answers the phone. No one will call back. I write a contact form on the web, what's going on? Nobody answers that. After another 2 weeks they write to me that they sent the goods. I answer that I will not take over the goods (fortunately I chose cash on delivery). Mr. threatens to violate the terms of the purchase agreement, that I am obliged to pay him at least postage. And he's not ashamed to write in the e-mail that I am responsible for the returned goods, and if he happens to come back broken, he can charge me the full price: Meanwhile, Mr. changes the status of the order in the e-shop to make it look like the goods were shipped 11 weeks ago: D Normally changed the history of the order in the system, while he is not ashamed to threaten the customer. You don't really want to deal with such, believe me;) Besides, my experience is not unique, just look at the other reviews.

I am adding another negative review. As others write below. Absolutely inability to meet deadlines, they do not reply to emails (which immediately stopped me). Unfortunately, they have no idea over the phone what ever, how and why. The goods are allegedly made to order, but at the same time it is a chair from mass production. Ordered on 18.10.2020. At the same time paid 100% of the price of the goods. (not as stated in 20% of the amount - due to custom goods). After more than 60 days, when I should have had the goods with me a long time ago, they stopped responding to emails and, as I said, they knew nothing about my order. I have already begun to worry that I will have to deal with refunds / recoveries. At the same time, however, I tried to be benevolent due to the limitations of the corona, etc. After 92 days, they responded without replying to my previous delivery date messages. As the icing on the cake, they sent it to a company other than the one I chose. But that is an absolute detail. The total delivery of the goods took 101 days. After all, I'm happy with the goods, but to start paying attention to where you order and to whom you pay in advance.

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SHOP !!! Already in the summer I ordered two desks, the delivery date was constantly postponed when the desks arrived after more than 2 months, both had a poorly drilled top and the desks cannot be assembled. Now, since mid-October, I have been dealing with complaints, when I was told that someone from the store would contact me after agreement with the supplier, but still nothing. I have been trying to contact the store for more than a month on the given telephone number, unfortunately unsuccessfully and so far no response to the sent e-mails.

Not only unable to meet deadlines, but also at least to apologize for not meeting. In correspondence (phones are idle) lying, fooling around, transferring their incompetence to the customer, simply unfair company. Despite having to collect a deposit of 20% for custom goods, I had to pay the full amount. Now, after canceling for a significant failure to meet the deadline, I will probably have to extort my money. Fortunately, I have my experienced lawyer. I recommend that if you connect to the meeting by phone, record the call, or save the e-mail correspondence. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I do not recommend! It took much longer to process my order than was notified, so the goods were delivered at the least convenient time, which the carrier did not even inform me in advance and called when he was in front of the house. No information on where the package was stored, no second delivery attempt and the option to pick up the package afterwards. When communicating with Mr. Daniel, he indirectly indicated to me that I was lying and that the supplier had SURE to inform me and invoiced me the costs.
