Very professional and at the same time human and helpful approach. The doctor helped us a lot with the treatment of a complicated fracture of the parrot's limb, where others wanted to get rid of the problem by amputations, she was looking for a solution to save the leg as much as possible. She finally succeeded, for which she deserves a big thank you. I also see as a big plus the explanation of what is happening to the parrot, how the treatment will take place and what the prognosis is (which you often do not even find out from a human doctor).
