We strongly recommend this company, communication at the freezing point and even for a person to call the whole so-called company team to find out who is responsible for what. Their team does not agree at all. We ordered a winter garden, one technician says in the order for paving, the other says must be the foundation, the third says not so deep, their craftsman made the foundation (10 cm lower than it should be) and yes extra costs for us when we wanted to cancel due to the fact that they sold it to us with the fact that there is no problem on the paving - impossible without large fees already so that paid in full. We had an assembly date, and only a few days after the date, we received a mass message that they were delayed due to covidu. They installed a winter garden and we found out that it is practically impossible to lock from the outside because it is made like an outdoor extension to the house !!! And we have it in the garden by the wall and we go out there !!! And in the price we have a heater and the transformer has not arrived yet and no one tried to contact us and inform us when it will be delivered, when we called we were told to call the person responsible, no sorry we are not in stock I will contact. Such an action cannot be expected at this company !!!
